  BPL maps that part first: the words it uses, the rules it follows, and where it stops and the next part starts. The AI is designed around that map.

• Custom AI model design & build

  No off-the-shelf model was trained on your data or built for your task.

  BPL fine-tunes an existing model on your data or trains a custom one from scratch, and runs it wherever you need it, with your data kept in your sovereign jurisdiction (the one your data must not leave).

  You have more possible uses for AI than capacity to evaluate them.

  BPL reviews your processes for value and risk, naming the two or three worth building first.

• Pilot rescue

  Your AI pilot has stalled, and nobody agrees on what went wrong.

  BPL finds the root cause, then fixes it or recommends stopping the pilot.

• Model selection & routing

  You’ve committed to one AI model, so every task inherits that model’s weaknesses.

  BPL tests models on your real work and routes each task by those results.

• Managed AI agents

  You don’t have the specialists to run AI in-house.

  BPL runs the AI agents you approve, software that carries out tasks on your behalf, under human review. You get a monthly performance report.

• AI governance & audit

  Your AI’s output reaches customers before anyone has checked it.

  BPL independently reviews every output, requires human sign-off before anything goes out, and keeps audit-ready records.

• AI security & compliance readiness

  Your AI systems aren’t ready for SOC 2, ISO 27001 (the international security standard), or PIPEDA (Canada’s federal privacy law).

  BPL prepares those systems, and the head-office (IT) and plant-floor (OT) infrastructure beneath them, for SOC 2 readiness and ISO 27001 readiness, and for PIPEDA, drawing on work in financial services and agribusiness.
