Contact
AI, data, and the systems they run on. Email is the fastest way to reach us. A person reads every message.
Use this address for new projects, support, press, and privacy requests. Also use it for anything about our text message (SMS) program, including opt-out help and a copy of your consent record.
Privacy requests
Privacy requests go to our Privacy Officer at admin@blackpathlabs.com. You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct information that is wrong, delete your information, or stop sending you messages. We will respond within 30 days, or longer where the law allows. There is no charge. The Black Path Labs Corporation Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.
Text messages (SMS)
Our SMS program, Black Path Labs Notifications, sends work and account notices to people who opt in. They come only from these two numbers. A text from any other number is not from us.
| Number | Region | Type |
|---|---|---|
| +1 866 251 1576 | United States | Toll-free |
| +1 431 302 8364 | Canada | Regular number (long code) |
An automated system answers texts to these numbers. Reply STOP to either number, and that number stops texting you. Reply HELP for our contact information. For anything else, email us.
